DESCRIPTION:In accordance with our bylaws\, the DKNOG Association General 
 Meeting for 2026 will be held on May 27th 2026.\nThere will be both physic
 al and remote attendance options.\nPhysical location:\nGlobalConnect\, Hav
 neholmen 6\, 2450 Copenhagen\nInformation on how to join remotely will be 
 provided in the days leading up to the meeting.\nThe current board members
  are:\n\nLasse Jarlskov \nAllan Eising (term ending)\nMikkel Mondrup Kris
 tensen \nValerija Kamchevska (term ending)\nLiv Engsager (term ending)\n\
 n \nThe current substitutes are:\n\nBrian Jeggesen (term ending)\nChristi
 an Johannesen (term ending)\n\n \nAgenda:\n\nElection of the chairman and
  secretary\nBoard's report - including a report on the conference\nPresent
 ation of the financial statements - including the presentation of the conf
 erence's financial statements\nPresentation of next year's budget and dete
 rmination of membership fees\nSubmitted proposals\nDetermination of the ru
 les of procedure for the annual conference. The main responsible for the c
 onference presents a proposal\nElection of board members (3 seats for elec
 tion)\nElection of two alternates\, as well as possible supplementation of
  board members\nAny other business\n\nProposals to be considered at the ge
 neral meeting must be received by the board no later than 14 days before t
 he meeting.\n \nElections: \nAll board members whose term is ending\, wi
 ll be available for re-election. In addition\, we have already received de
 clarations from other candidates intending to run for the board\, and we a
 re encouraging more candidates to run on the day.\nIf you are considering
