General Meeting 2024

In accordance with our bylaws, the annual DKNOG association General Meeting for 2024 will be held on May 23.

Information on how to join remotely will be provided in the days leading up to the meeting.

The current board members are:

• Allan Eising
• Mikkel Mondrup Kristensen
• Brian Jeggesen
• Christian Johannesen

 

The current substitutes are:

Agenda:

1. Election of the chairman and secretary
2. Board's report - including a report on the conference
3. Presentation of the financial statements - including the presentation of the conference's financial statements
4. Presentation of next year's budget and determination of membership fees
5. Submitted proposals
6. Determination of the rules of procedure for the annual conference. The main responsible for the conference presents a proposal
7. Election of board members
8. Election of two alternates and an auditor, as well as possible supplementation of board members
9. Any other business

Proposals to be considered at the general meeting must be received by the board no later than 14 days before the meeting is held.
