Welcome to DKNOG's mentorship program!
DKNOG likes to give back to the networking community and we are here to do more than just organizing the DKNOG conference every year. Hence, DKNOG proudly presents the DKNOG mentorship program!
The goal is to exchange knowledge and to get to know each other even better. So, keep on reading if you feel like you need support in reaching your next career goal or you have plenty to offer as a mentor.
The program is:
- For free, but limited number of participants
- Aimed at anyone from the networking industry or academia, irrespective if you attended DKNOG
- Meant primarily for people residing in Denmark (or nearby), to allow for face to face meetings
- In English (joint events), but mentors/mentees can decide otherwise for their meetings
- Running for 5 months (April-September), where we recommend you meet 8-10 times (1h biweekly)
- Planned to contain 3 events (recommended, but optional) where the participants can meet each other, share experiences along the way and let us know how we can make this even better
How you want your mentoring journey to look like is completely up to you and your mentee/mentor to define. We will not check if you followed or completely disregarded our recommendations, as long as that works with you.
