FAQ

Q: How do I pay for the Conference?

We use Stripe to process our payments. Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards. Once registered, you will be prompted with a button to start the payment flow. 

Q: Can I get a receipt?

Stripe sends out an automatic payment receipt. Unfortunately it does not specify VAT.

Please visit invoice.dknog.dk to request a more complete receipt.

Q: My company needs an invoice

If you need a proper invoice, we can most likely generate one for you. Please let us know by email.

Q: I am a sponsor, speaker or have a special deal. What do I do?

You sign up as you would otherwise do, but do not continue to payment.

Once everyone included in your deal has been signed up, let us know who they are, so we can mark them as paid.

Q: I am a student, can I get a cheaper ticket?

Please send us an email, and we will get back to you.

Q: Something went wrong during payment!

Please send us an email, and we will investigate and get back to you.
